Dental Lab/Office Assistant
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for setting up database for new clients
• Processes new orders that come in as STL files
• Model scanning
• Quality Control
• Assist customers with remake cases and answer any technical inquiries
• Entering in new orders and following up with cases until they get shipped to our customers
• Physical inventory assistance
• Able to pick up and deliver local orders when needed.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
• Dental lab work experience is a plus
• CAD/CAM experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn CAD

Dental Sales Rep
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Follow up on contacted leads
• Focus on converting the potential leads
• Follow and update case delivery status (in/out)
• Periodic part sale follow ups

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English & Korean is a plus
• Sales experience in dental or financial industry is a plus
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are required.
