We are looking for Customer Support Technician to support our merchants/sales partners in our HQ office in Hackensack, NJ.
Responsibilities
•A tech support provides training and technical assistance to merchants and agents.
•Tech Support Representatives are responsible for troubleshooting of terminal and POS computer hardware and software.
•The position requires interaction with customers helping them resolve their technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
Qualifications
•Good oral & written communication skills
•Professional telephone etiquette
•Able to work in night and weekend as well as weekdays
•Good knowledge on terminal functionalities and download file is a plus
•Bilingual in Korean and English
