General Contractor – JOC Estimator
Description:
Busy full service general contractor performing private, commercial and governmental work seeking JOC (Job Order Contracts) estimator. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general estimator required.
Duties/Requirements:
• Reviews drawings and specifications.
• Executes material take-offs.
• Determines quantities of materials and labor.
• Obtains materials pricing.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Available to work flexible hours
• Must be able to travel to job sites
• Professional in appearance and speech
• 5 Years of experience in construction estimating.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
• Progen experience is plus
• Experience with eGordian.
