A fast growing construction company in Los Angeles(101+Vermont) is now hiring for a full-time Office Administrator, Estimator, Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Project Coordinator and Management/Business/Architectural/Marketing Intern(s).

Qualifications:
Office Administrator & Assistant
We are searching for a qualified proactive and self-motivated applicant. Experience, while preferred, is not necessary.
* Must speak English fluently.
* Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
* Punctuality and dependability is a must -- Do not apply if you call in sick frequently or arrive late.
* Be an independent individual capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
* Job duties include multi-line phone answering, administrative support for project managers and office staff, and data input.
* Experience in labor compliance or certified payroll preferred.
Project Coordinator
* Min 1-3 years’ experience.
* Willing to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
* Piecework, part-time, to full time is available.
* CAD Experience preferred.
Estimator/Project Manager
* Review project documents and specifications for multiple projects; identify bid items and documents (i.e. standards of construction).
* Bid Administration- prepare and maintain status of plan reproduction, prepare subcontractor bid packages, and transmit addenda and other bid information to PROJECT TEAM.
* Project Knowledge- has a thorough understanding of the scope for specific trades assigned (Demo, Framing, Structural Steel, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.), develops scope of work, RFI's, and clarifications. Ensures adequate subcontractor coverage, and performs a comprehensive "bid" analysis and scoping of specific assigned trades.
* Comprehends building design and interprets plan specifications from conceptual design, performs a thorough and accurate quantification of building systems and components, communicates effectively.
* Coordinates all technical activities on assigned projects. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering work; ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
* Monitors project costs.
* Advises the office about any deviations from the specifications agreed between the Client and Office and Design/Architect.
* Provides weekly project budget status. These reports will contain sketch information of any changes/ cost impact.
* Understands and performs document control functions, including tracking and creating change orders and documenting related information.
