Hiring Operation Staff at Seattle Branch
K Line Logistics USA Inc., is seeking a qualified individual for an Export and/or Operation position at our Seattle Branch located at Seatac;

The Operation will be responsible for the following:
• Process project shipments via airlines and steamships by coordinating the movement of international shipments and preparing documentation of freight.
• Work with project customer, trucker and warehouse
• Track, trace and update customer related issues to external and internal clients.
• Have a customer service oriented skill set and professional attitude.
• Be responsible for executing all functions relating to the special project process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receive shipments, organize and process by order and instructions
2. Input data into system, print label and manifest
3. Pack and label according to instruction and standard operation
4. Stage pallet, shrink warp and/or proper packing
5. Check and file daily and weekly inventory
6. Resolve and report discrepancy
7. Track and trace shipment for customer
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Working experience with an International Freight Forwarder is preferable
• To demonstrate the ability to increase and secure new freight related business.
• Preferable 2 years in Customer Service or Operations, in International Transportation business
• Familiarity with local marketplace and trends
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Aggressive individual to achieve revenue and sales goals
