General construction company based in Southern California is seeking energetic and highly detail oriented project managers. Individual must be able to work in a highly fast paced environment. Company is searching for new team members as part of our continuous expansion with a nationally recognized brand and other commercially focused development projects.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Maintaining schedule and calendar for current bids in progress
- Daily subcontractor calls/emails to track progress
- General administration duties
- RFI's and Submittals
- Prepare detailed material take offs from drawing
- Identify materials and submittal requirements
- Maintain vendor packets and qualifications
- Requests for pricing, load price changes
- Revising/updating features lists
- Updating projects vendor lists
- Pricing and distributing design changes
- Keeping all plans updated and in stock
- New project product binders
- Process purchase orders for the Purchasing Dept.
- Prepare bid packages
