Job Description
General construction company based in Southern California is seeking energetic and highly detail oriented Superintendents for Commercial property tenant improvement and remodeling projects.

Individuals must be able to work in a highly fast paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and correct safe work environment, adhering to safety and health rules.
- Coordinate all job site activities (onsite and offsite), manage scope of work for all field workers, specify/monitor manpower requirements to ensure schedule compliance, and act as company representative and liaison with clients, inspectors, subcontractors and vendors, throughout the project.
- Other important job duties include ensuring uninterrupted communication between the field and office, and maintaining good housekeeping and job site cleanliness.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong team leadership.
- Ability to multi-task with vendors and sub-contractors.
- 3-5 years of construction management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
