Description:

Busy full service general contractor performing private, commercial and governmental work seeking JOC (Job Order Contracts) estimator. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general estimator required. Minimum of 5 years of experience with JOC and eGordian. This position will be working with the landscape division.

Duties/Requirements:

Reviews drawings and specifications.
Executes material take-offs.
Determines quantities of materials and labor.
Obtains materials pricing.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Available to work flexible hours
Must be able to travel to job sites
Professional in appearance and speech
5 Years of experience in construction estimating.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and self-starter.
Progen experience is plus
Experience with eGordian.

Required experience:
Construction / Project Management / JOC Estimation: 10 years
Experience with JOC and eGordian: 5 years

Required education:
Bachelor's
