Assure Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is a growing wireless mobile engineering company that offers mobile device test services and solutions for the telecommunication industry. We aim to provide quality services to our client’s products and ensure the best mobile device and tablets. We are currently seeking a full time Human Resource Generalist.
The Human Resource Generalist is a pivotal role within HR function and is vital to partnering with management, delivering high quality support. This person will have responsibilities in a broad range of HR areas, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Training, Federal and State laws and regulations, Payroll and Benefit Administration, New Hire and Personnel File Administration, Workers Compensation/Interactive Process, Recruiting/Background checks and EDD Unemployment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide human resources technical expertise in the application of state and federal employment law, wage and hour law, recruiting, benefits, compensations, hiring and termination of employment.
• Full-cycle recruiting through posting of jobs ads, screening/sourcing candidates, setting up interviews with hiring managers, offer letter/employment document creation, and on-boarding.
• Support onsite benefit roll-out, open enrollment, and a variety of company-wide HR initiatives.
• Working knowledge of payroll, payroll tax and benefits administration. Experience with prevailing wage law would be a plus.
• Ensure consistent and fair administration of Company policies and procedures while also ensuring that local, state and federal laws and regulations are adhered to.
• Guide employee relations issues (investigations, partnership with legal). Investigate employee concerns, conduct internal audits, and implement appropriate resolution steps. Coach, counsel and guide managers before the execution of employee disciplinary actions.
• Maintain records for training and disciplinary documentation.
• Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
• Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
• Administers various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
• Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Conducts training to staff and supervisors.
• Ability to travel as needed up to 10%

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience or 5 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of educatio
