Job Description:
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Perform data entry and scan documents
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Assist with minor translation/interpretation work
Maintain office supplies for department
Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
Strong administrative skills
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal department
Basic Qualifications:
AA degree
A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience
Strong customer service skills and an ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ability to learn business related computer systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to quickly access records and information
Ability to work on multiple and competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Must be self-motivated and proactive with an attention to detail
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive employee and business data
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3-5 years of related work experience
Bilingual in Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese
Ability to conduct research as directed and produce reports
