Job Description

· Responsible for generating/processing RMA returns for merchandise received by mail, telephone, fax or e-mail or personally from customers
· Assist with providing customers status on their returns through processing and sending quotes for repairs
· Handle RMA/Customer Service Department calls
· Assist other members of the Shipping, as needed
· Customer/Client Focus
· Teamwork Capacity
· Communication Proficiency

Job Requirements



High school diploma or GED diploma, or one to three months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience




Must Speak, Write and Read Fluent ENGLISH




Preferred Associates Degree




Preferred ENGLISH/KOREAN Bilingual
