As the secretary/receptionist to Grand Master Michelle at Haute Makeup Inc., you are the first face the client sees when they arrive at the clinic. Our semi-permanent makeup experience is like no other, combining both modern sciences with luxury aesthetics. Grand Master Michelle is a highly sought-out semi-permanent makeup specialist, with a salon in Beverly Hills, California. A "beauty secret" safely stored away, she has revitalized the appearance of many high-profile individuals, from Hollywood celebrities to Middle East royal families.

Our reception responds to inquiries from every spectrum, as she is in high demand for her services. From emails to phone calls to direct consultations, we answer questions, offer advice, and help clients achieve their desired look and fulfill their emotional well-being. As a secretary at Haute Makeup Inc., a typical day comprises of the following:

* Scheduling appointments by email/phone, taking product orders and creating documents.

* Assisting clients with their questions and referring them to proper procedures.

* Working with Grand Master Michelle in preparing for local and worldwide clientele.

* Keeping in touch with our Haute Monde community, specialists from all over the world, as well as Michelle`s client base.

* Being the interface between Grand Master Michelle and the marketing team.

* Running a quality check on the salon.

* Basic accounting to record the salon expenses and income.

This job might be for you if: You are neat and organized and love to work in a professional and calm beauty environment. You are healthy and have no issues in traveling abroad for business trips, within the United States and worldwide. You don`t get flustered easily, you are patient, level-headed, and cool under pressure. You have worldly experience or have experience with handling many kinds of people. You know how to bring an accomplished and polished image to our salon. You stay focused and on-task, and you have a great memory. You communicate clearly. You write well. You know how impactful speech can be. You are proactive in meeting new people and starting new projects.

To be a strong contender for this position, you need to have some experience in marketing, managerial activities, and customer service. It is a plus if you have the interest in the beauty industry.
