Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall social marketing strategy
-Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption.
-Establish the foundation for integrating social into all consumer touch points - from advertising campaigns to event marketing to customer service - in a clear and consistent way.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Have a finger on the pulse of what's happening in social media as well as trending topics and culturally relevant moments
-Measure our social media efforts but also analyze our competition and our target audience to develop actionable insights.
-Constantly test, optimize and analyze campaigns and projects based on key KPIs, sharing results regularly.
Required Qualifications:
-Bi-Lingual in Korean & English
-1~3 years’ experience in social media marketing. Ability to build consensus and get buy in across multiple product teams and Sr. stakeholders
-BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
-Familiarity with paid and organic tactics on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat,, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
-Strong project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally.
-Deep understanding of social media strategies and tactics. Exceptional understanding of social platforms and the ability to stay current with the frequent updates to platforms.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly, conversational communications.
-Experience creating brand social posts and replies.
-Strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to translate them into actionable insights.
-Team player with confidence to take the lead and guide others.
-Flexibility and composure under pressure.
-You take a customer centric approach to social media marketing.
-Experience testing and optimizing content for both organic and paid
Nice to have's:
-Record of creating social media content that reaches and engages a target audience.
-Experience developing and building a brand and persona built for social.
-Experience defining and meeting KPIs and goals for a brand on social
-Experience running large scale social campaigns with proven results and ability to scale.
-Grow a dedicated and loyal social media following and find opportunities to surprise and delight fans to build brand love.
-Experience working with creative team on multi-channel campaigns across multiple touch points.
-Influencer marketing experience is a plus.
