저희 회사에서는 사무 업무와 Bookkeeping 업무를 당담할 직원을 각각 모집합니다.
필요한 자격은 영어/한국어를 유창하게 구사하며, 기본적인 컴퓨터 사용 능력을 갖추어야 합니다. 수습기간 동안 사내 업무 프로그램에 대한 교육이 이루어질 예정입니다.

Title: Office Clerk / Data Entry / Sales Assistant
We are looking for a person who will be a good team player and have can-do attitude. She/he will have a basic experience in customer services, data entry and research skills such as google and more.
Role:
To assist the sales team with trading aircraft component inventory.
To support our sales team for basic data entry and research.
To manage of Vendors response and updating internal data accordingly.
To source and price inventory for specific requirements.
She/he will need to learn internal program: Training/probationary period will be required.


Bookkeeper
Candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Must have the ability to learn an internal basic Data Entry system(Pentagon). Ideally have bookkeeping experience, and have a solid understanding of all accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing, managing accounts payable and receivables, reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards and expenses, prepare monthly financial reports and sales tax payable etc

Working time: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Salary: Discussed upon Interview
