Looking for a room mate for early April. Preferably female, quiet, and clean.
It's in a 2bdrm/1bath duplex. Area is very close to Ktown, freeway, Culver City.
Shared bathroom/kitchen/living area. Inside was renovated when I moved in 3 years ago. Steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave).
You would also be living with a ~50lb dog. Would be great if you had a pet as well.
I work M-F normal work hours and work from home 1x/week.
There's parking space.
I speak Korean, but not very good at writing.
